Create a custom PVC banner for advertising, events, promotions and outdoor displays. Printed with your own artwork, branding or messaging, PVC banners are available in bespoke sizes with finishing options to suit how you plan to display them.
Our PVC banner printing service is suitable for businesses, event organisers, retailers and other organisations that need large-format printed graphics.
Use a PVC banner for:
You can order a single banner or multiple banners for a larger campaign, with each banner produced to the size you require.
PVC banners can be used in both indoor and outdoor environments. Outdoor PVC banners are particularly useful for shopfronts, events, construction sites, fencing and promotional displays where a large printed message needs to be clearly visible.
The solid PVC surface provides a suitable print area for bold graphics, logos, photographs and promotional messaging. For locations where airflow through the banner is important, consider a PVC Mesh Banner instead.
PVC banners can be produced to bespoke dimensions, with the current product allowing widths up to 3000mm and heights up to 20000mm. You can select a portrait or landscape layout depending on the available display area.
Available finishing options include:
Eyelets provide fixing points for hanging or securing the banner to a suitable structure.
Add your own logo, branding, photographs, graphics or promotional message to create a banner for your business or campaign.
You can upload your artwork when ordering, send it after placing your order, or request artwork creation if you need design assistance. Artwork checking and proofing options are also available.
For best results, keep important text and logos clear and easy to read at the intended viewing distance.
A standard PVC banner is a good option when you want a solid printed surface for clear graphics and messaging. If your banner will be installed in a particularly exposed location where wind needs to pass through the material, a PVC Mesh Banner may be more appropriate.
If you are looking for a PVC-free material, see our PVC-Free Banner option.
For Heras fencing, our Heavy Duty Heras Fence Banners are specifically made for temporary fence panels.
You can also browse the full Banners range to compare the available banner types.
Select your required width and height, choose the finishing options for your display and upload your artwork when ordering. If you need help with your design, select the relevant artwork option and our team can assist.
Whether you need a PVC banner for an event, shopfront, advertising campaign, construction site or outdoor promotion, you can order a banner printed to your required size and design.
It depends on your display location and viewing distance. Larger banners (2m wide and above) work well for outdoor or long-distance visibility, such as scaffolding and fencing. Smaller sizes are better suited to shopfronts, indoor displays, or close-range signage. If you’re unsure, our team can advise based on your site.
Standard banners have a solid vinyl surface, which gives a sharper print finish and better colour density. PVC Mesh banners have a perforated surface that allows wind to pass through, making them more suitable for exposed locations like Heras fencing or high scaffolding. Both are available from the Board Printing Company.
The essential factors you should consider are the display location, required size, viewing distance, and how the banner will be fixed. These help determine the most suitable setup for your banner.
With proper installation and handling, these display banners usually hold up well through typical UK weather conditions. Lifespan varies depending on exposure and installation method, but the 440gsm material and fade-resistant inks are selected for durability beyond short-term campaigns.
Yes, these banners can often be reused if handled and stored properly. Avoid folding along printed areas and keep the banner clean and dry when not in use to help maintain its appearance.
